Have you heard of the song "My Generation" by The Who? If not, it is probably because you are not a Baby Boomer. Every generation has its own music, heroes and style.

This workshop provides you with communication strategies that improve the level of teamwork and collaboration strategies in the workplace and beyond.

As a result of participating, you will be able to:

• Communicate more effectively regardless of generational differences
• Evaluate your own generational obstacles to collaboration in the workplace
• Describe effective motivation techniques for individuals from different generations
• Prepare yourself to focus on teamwork, productivity and civility rather than generational stereotypes
