During this second step in the conflict management series, you will gain deeper insights into unlocking conflict situations in your workplace. This workshop will help you experiment with strategies for dealing with some of the most difficult challenges and personalities you encounter at work. In addition to developing better conflict resolution skills, you will learn how to get what you want while preserving your working relationships.

In this second session you will:

• Expand your conflict management options
• Obtain tools for managing conflicts at your level in the organization
• Learn how to distinguish between people's positions and their underlying interests
• Learn how to turn negativity into healthy outcomes
• Explore practical, everyday negotiation techniques
