In today's environment, many of us struggle to balance the many priorities and challenges we have facing us at work and home. This workshop is intended to help us look at our priorities and better manage them within the time we have available.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how to balance our inner and outer managment systems
  • Analyze our own time and space types
  • Identify time management challenges and develop strategies for effective management
  • Identify key priorities and develop a strategy for keeping them at the top of the list
  • Align organizational goals and priorities to our daily activities
  • Learn how to influence others to action
  • Develop ways to say "NO" more effectively
  • Develop a long-term plan for managing multiple priorities
