Supervision Essentials

Our Supervision Essentials series consists of six workshops:
  1. The Role of the Supervisor - February 11
  2. Understanding Yourself and Others - February 25
  3. Commmunicating Effectively - March 11
  4. Decision Making - March 25
  5. Performance Management - April 8
  6. Building Productive Teams - April 22

You can attend any or all of the sessions as stand-alone workshops. If you attend all of five sessions, you will receive a certificate upon completion.

Supervision Essentials 2 - Understanding Yourself and Others

We all have natural ways of behaving, as do our employees. Without increased awareness and conscious decisions, we act on our personal preferences, and that is often not the best decision. In this session, you will improve your understanding of your own behavior and the difference among people. You will also learn how to use that information to improve the effectiveness of your leadership.

We will use the Myers Briggs Personality Assessment as the basis for discussion.
