Supervision Essentials 6 - Building Productive Teams

Today’s teams in the workplace can foster greater employee involvement, improve work processes and increase productivity. In this course, you will:

  • Explore key aspects of an effective team and how to build it
  • Gain an understanding of team roles, dynamics, and effective behaviors
  • Understand how to keep a team motivated and energized
  • Participate in a team activity exploring your strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify sample team agreements that assist in effective team behavior
