Session 5: Building Productive Teams
Today’s workplace teams can foster greater employee involvement, improve work processes, and increase productivity. However, a successful team is more than simply a group of people who work together. This program focuses on the process of team formation and the skills needed for team success.
In this course, you will:
- Explore key aspects of an effective team and how to build it
- Gain an understanding of effective behaviors, team roles, and dynamics
- Learn how to keep a team motivated and energized
- Participate in a group activity exploring your strengths and weaknesses
- Identify sample team agreements that encourage effective team behavior
