Session 1: Managing People - October 20, 2011
- Learn to create the conditions under which employees motivate themselves.
- Discover the Performance Formula that impacts costs, quality & service.
- Clarify roles and responsibilities.
Session 2: Personal Communication - October 27, 2011
- Learn to define expectations that are clear, realistic, and challenging.
- Learn to establish consequences early, clearly, and consistently.
Session 3: Increasing Organizational Performance - November 3, 2011
- Learn to interact in conscious, no-blame ways.
- Identify and resolve integrity issues.
- Reduce interpersonal drama and increase organizational performance
Session 4: Constructive Confrontation - November 17, 2011
- Be corrective, not punitive.
- Attack the behavior, not the person.
- Apply the five steps of constructive confrontation.
