Change is difficult because it threatens our sense of control.  As human beings, we exhibit predictable--and not always productive--behaviors when confronted with change.

In, this 2 1/2 hour workshop, we will discuss various theories of change.  Learning objectives will include key steps to dealing with and looking forward to the changes that happen in both our personal and professional lives.

We will discuss the Circle of Control and personality preferences as they relate to how we deal with change. Remember, we are all control freaks in various stages of recovery!
