This FREE informative session provides an overview of the claims process, including when and how to file a claim, injured worker benefits, claim costs and your ability to impact them, reserving, and closing claims.  Practical tips on how to return an injured employee to transitional work including use of the Employer at Injury Program and Preferred Worker benefits.  Some rules have changed!  Be up-to-date on the latest and how to impact your costs in a tough economy.
