History

United Employers Association, a non-profit organization, was established in 1906 as the United Metal Trades Association of the Pacific Coast. During the first sixty years of its existence, the Association represented employers in the metals and related industries throught Washington and Oregon. The Association has long dealt with a wide variety of industry problems, particularly those related to labor relations.

Today, United Employers Association is a non-profit organization that helps member companies with their people-management needs - covering all areas of human resources, from labor relations to safety training.
