Salary Budget Survey

In changing economic times, employers have to plan ahead.  UEA's 2011/2012 Salary Budget Survey can help!  This year, 330 employers in the Pacific Northwest and nearly 4,000 nationwide provided information about what pay increases they have recently made and plan to make in 2012.  The data is broken out by geographical region, company size, industry, and job group for ease of reference.  This valuable information will help you make vital pay decisions in the coming year.
