UEA Regional Pay Survey

The Regional Pay Survey is back--and it's better than ever! 

Every year, United Employers Association partners with Cascade Employers Association to produce the Regional Pay Survey.  We survey over 300 companies in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and produce reports that cover more than 400 jobs.  New this year:  we've added 47 new executive jobs, in addition to the exempt and non-exempt jobs that were already featured.  

In addition to being more comprehensive, our survey reports are easier to use, as well.  We'll still offer reports in PDF format, but participating UEA members will also receive a 12-month subscription to our survey database FREE!  The subscription also includes two updates to the Regional Pay Survey (exempt, non-exempt, and regional executive compensation reports).  If you did not participate or are not a member, please refer to the table below for pricing.
