Who We Are

United Employers Association was established in 1906 as the United Metal Trades Association of the Pacific Coast. During its first 60 years, the Association represented employers in the metals and related industries in Oregon and Washington. The Association assisted employers with a wide range of industry and labor relations issues. 

Times have changed--and so has UEA!  Today, we help Oregon and Washington employers with all their people management needs.  We provide HR solutions, assistance with employee relations and labor relations, training, pay and benefit surveys, and much more.
