For the Union Employer:
- Collective Bargaining – you select the level of participation: leadership, participation, or assistance in contract negotiations.

- Analysis of collective bargaining agreements, grievance settlement, and arbitration awards to formulate company policy for contract negotiations.
- Counseling at all stages of the grievance and arbitrations procedure including responding to grievances, handling unfair labor practice charges, selecting arbitrators, and participating in hearings.
For the Non-union Employer:
- Conduct Employee Opinion Surveys which highlight employee needs and perceptions that could result in third party intervention.
- Advise Management in the planning and implementation of progressive employee relations strategies.
- Design organizational communication systems to enhance working relationships.
