First Aid & CPR

First Aid/CPR is UEA’s Most Popular Workshop!

We offer one class per month at our facility and add others as needed.  First Aid/CPR classes can also be arranged for your employees on-site.  We bill for a minimum of ten students when conducting a class onsite.

Location:  UEA Building - 906 NE 19th Avenue, Portland, OR
Cost:  $55 Member/ $75 Non-member

Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at approximately 12:00 p.m. 
Minimum number of participants required.

MEDIC Adult-only First Aid and CPR:
This program conforms to the American Heart Association guidelines and meets the OSHA requirements for Washington and Oregon. The class is taught in a relaxed and informal setting with plenty of opportunities for hands-on practice. All classes include AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) training. 

Bloodborne Pathogens training is also available upon request. This class is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of bloodborne pathogens. The training program teaches the information every employee who has occupational exposure
needs to know to avoid accidental exposure to potentially infectious materials and manage an accidental exposure if one occurs.
