• Communication: Effective communication is the cornerstone of a thriving organization—but too often, conversations fall short of driving meaningful action. Unresolved issues and missed opportunities can stall progress and impact team morale.
  
  
• Feedback: Giving and receiving feedback is one of the most challenging—and most essential—skills for supervisors. When done well, feedback becomes a powerful tool for growth, trust, and transformation.
  
  
• Coach & Confront: Coaching and confrontation are essential leadership skills—but when mishandled they can undermine trust, accountability, and innovation. Many organizations struggle to address behavioral issues effectively, maintain open communication, and foster a supportive environment.
  

Developing effective leadership skills takes more than theory - it takes practice. That’s why our series is designed to give supervisors and managers hands-on experience applying key concepts to real workplace scenarios. Through small group exercises and interactive sessions, participants will gain the confidence to bring new strategies back to their teams.

To reinforce skills learned in the series, participants will be invited to attend an additional virtual “Fireside Chat”.  They will get the opportunity to share how they've started to integrate concepts in their teams, brainstorm ideas to overcome challenges, and pose any lingering questions to the community.
