New Mandatory FFCRA Posting

If you have less than 500 employees your business
must post this notice

In response to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the federal government enacted legislation requiring certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for reasons related to COVID-19.

The FFCRA Poster outlines paid leave entitlements, eligibility criteria, and qualifying reasons for leave related to COVID-19.  The Department of Labor requires all employers with less than 500 employees to post the FFCRA Poster conspicuously in an area frequented by employees.

UEA can help ensure that your employees are aware of their entitlements under the new law, and your business is in compliance with the Labor Law Center's FFCRA Poster.

In addition, their Wash Your Hands Poster includes steps for proper hand washing to prevent the spread of germs. The public health threat posed by the outbreak of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) is significant and proper hand-washing technique is a simple and effective way to prevent the spread of this virus in your workplace.

UEA's partner, The Labor Law Center, has laminated or printable posters available.
  • Laminated FFCRA posters are Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Laminated FFCRA and the Wash Your Hands poster
  • Printable posters are in English - you can downloaded here
