Each year, United Employers Association partners with Employers Association of America to offer the National Executive Compensation Survey which gives organizations an opportunity to assess their executive compensation strategy.
This survey contains data for 47 executive-level positions, including General Executive, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, International, and Not-for-Profit positions.
Data is segmented per position by sales volume, employer size, industry, region and geographic area. In addition to cash compensation for each position, this report summarizes data for a variety of benefits and perquisites for two different categories of breakouts: manufacturing vs non-manufacturing and public vs private.
A unique feature of this survey is the reporting of information on stock ownership by executives as well as the process used to establish and review Executive base salaries and bonus/variable pay plans.
Last year, 1,464 organizations participated nationwide in the survey submitting compensation data for 9,868 executives.
