In the news … The recent Supreme Court decision regarding class action waivers in arbitration agreements may prompt members to review their current practice, so we summarize the Court’s decision and factors employers may want to consider.
We’ve included an update on actions taken by the EEOC’s Harassment Task Force which has moved from a focus on guidance and recommendations to filing lawsuits. We also outline how the new makeup of the National Labor Relations Board has relaxed rules for employers related to handbook language.
