The past few years have shown extreme fluctuations in salary ranges. From the impact of the “Great Resignation,” to recruitment/retention salary hikes, and recent concerns about a recession, compensation data has become exceedingly volatile.

With Payscale Peer, UEA members have access to up-to-date employer-reported data for over 5,000 benchmark positions that span all industries, departments, and levels.  This data is reviewed and validated by compensation professionals and refreshed daily to offer the most current pay data available. Organizations can cut the data by various demographic factors and even select specific companies in their data cuts, with confidentiality protected by requiring at least five companies for data to be displayed.

UEA Members that participate in Payscale Peer receive access to free salary data for the job positions they report.
