United Employers Association helps Northwest employers solve employment challenges. An affordable and predictable membership fee gives our Members access to experts and resources to efficiently and effectively handle employment law and HR issues.

Our Members have unlimited support from a dedicated team of human resources professionals and employment law attorneys to help with a full range of employment issues. UEA Members also have access to UEA's Member's Only Resources.

UEA dues for 2026 include a basic monthly fee of $60.00 and a per employee charge of $2.80, with a minimum of $195.00 and a maximum of $475.00 per month. Dues are billed on an annual or quarterly basis.
