Each year, UEA partners with Employers Associations from around the nation to provide data on 151 job positions. The jobs reported represent the broad spectrum of employment, from managerial and professional positions to office, technical, and industrial jobs from geographic regions across the U.S.

This year 20 Employers Associations provided data relating to over 180,000 employees.  Besides reporting on average wages for these positions, the survey includes wage data specific to 43 major metropolitan areas.

If you have staff members located in other states, this report can be helpful to benchmark their compensation in order to attract and retain top talent. All survey data for this report were aged to January 2021, using appropriate adjustments for each geographic area.
